Our service costs reflect the value of having a long-term partner to help you get the best performance from your hearing devices.
If you are a new client from other clinics, you can transfer your care to us and we become your long-term hearing care partners.
For existing clients who have utilized all of their existing, pre-scheduled visits, below is a list of services offered.
Earwax Removal
This appointment is for individuals that only need professional ear wax removal. A 30-minute appointment is $125 and includes video otoscopy so you can also look inside your ears.
Approx. 30 minutes • $125Diagnostic Hearing Assessment
This appointment time is used for a consultation, testing and to develop a personalized Plan of Care. The expected cost for these services is $125; additional fees may be incurred based on the need for additional diagnostics or services provided.
Approx. 60 minutes • from $125Hearing Wellness Check Services
Critical check-up appointments for proper maintenance of hearing aids. Typically occur every 4–6 months, more often for some. Includes visual inspection of the ears and any wax removal, hearing aid cleaning and dehumidifying, small parts changes, warranty checks, listening checks, basic programming adjustments, and firmware updates.
No cost
No cost for patients with a service plan.
For patients without a service plan
$125 — Basic programming adjustments for hearing aids $35 — Professional hearing aid dehumidification (showing moisture levels) $25 — Clean, check and needle vacuuming inside hearing aids $35 — Small part replacement (wax filters, sleeves, concha locks, etc.) $50 — Firmware updates of hearing aids $25 — Ear spa treatment with special oils $125 — In situ testing and reprogramming $75 — Cell phone programming (Bluetooth syncing, if needed) $50 — Mold cleaning $50 — Mold modification $100 — Adopting aids into our system and with manufacturer (for clients transferring from another clinic) $85–$125 — Office visit (site dependent)
Home Visit Packages
Home visit packages include every possible service offered on-site, delivered at your apartment or home.
1 Visit — $460.00 5 Visits — $1,290.00 10 Visits — $1,790.00 15 Visits — $2,240.00
Additional Services
Hearing aid repair and receiver replacement • Covered under warranty • Out of warranty: cost dependent on problem Rental for hearing aid pair (when aids are in repair) Warranty for hearing aid pair (1 year or 2 years) • Emergency WEEKEND Treatment • Fitted Earmolds with updated Programming o Impressions o Fitted Earmolds o Programming adjustment
